Our physical menu is crafted with woven handicrafts, a Paraty tradition, produced by artisan Alexandre Pereira from the Santo Antônio community. We use 100% recyclable synthetic wicker, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
If Paraty is a gastronomical tour, elected a Creative City by UNESCO in 2017, Quintal das Letras is considered one of the town’s best restaurants, a place where the roots of the caiçara cuisine and the native flavors awaken the five senses.
