A day in the sun and on the emerald green sea aboard the Maria Panela, a schooner equipped to offer an exclusive gastronomic experience for our guests.
The experience begins with a speedboat ride from the Marina to Saco do Mamanguá, one of the most paradisiacal places in Paraty Bay, where the boat is anchored for a day of diving, kayaking, stand up paddle and snorkeling.
Our team welcomes the group with a refreshing drink and delicious snacks that give a spoiler for the highlight of the experience: a special lunch on board, with flavors of caiçara cuisine.
A mixture of flavors that evokes the richness of the forest in each dish: ‘jabuticaba’ pâté or rosemary honey as a starter; organic fruit and vegetables in salads; roasted sea bass, shrimp or filet mignon accompanied by typical caiçara ingredients, such as flour from the ‘Graúna’ region, as main courses.
