There are 28 suites and villas distributed among a collection of colonial mansions surrounding a central garden, in the Historic Center of Paraty, as well as a private villa in Saco do Mamanguá. Options such as suites and villas are spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating families.

The Cajaíba suite makes up the trio of private colonial houses, alongside the Paraty-Mirim and Trindade suites, as well as Villa Aurora. With two floors, a living room, kitchen and dining table, its façade and windows face the Historic Centre.
