Drinks: A cocktail menu with a tropical soul
A cocktail menu with a tropical soul and the essence of Paraty.
Curated by Thiago Bañares (@tbanares), chef and creative director of the Tan Tan Group, and Caio Carvalhaes (@insta.caioc), head bartender and creative director of the same group, the Bar Atlântico cocktail menu blends Brazilian roots, freshness and the spirit of a late afternoon. There’s cachaça, fruit, coffee, original creations and inventive twists.
At Atlântico, each cocktail carries the freshness of cachaça, the perfume of Brazilian fruits and a touch of local soul that makes every sip recall the sea, the breeze and the sunset. From citrus to sweet, from bitter to herbal, the drinks were designed to translate Paraty’s lightness into flavors.
